What's the turnaround for a listing video?
Every listing video tour (Cinematic, Agent, Property, and the Listing Walkthrough) is delivered within 5 business days of the shoot. Need it faster? A flat $100 rush fee expedites any listing video to 2 business days - just ask when booking.
How fast are photos delivered?
Photos, drone photos, community photos, virtual twilights, true twilights, dedicated listing websites, and marketing kits are all delivered within 24 hours.
Do you use AI to edit the photos?
Every photo is edited by hand by a professional retoucher, not an AI filter or auto-enhance. The one exception is virtual staging and virtual edits. That is a service you specifically ask for, it is always disclosed as virtually staged, and a real editor still finishes every image.
What areas do you serve?
Finlay Films' core service area is Brooklyn, Queens & Manhattan. Jersey City and other nearby areas outside the core boroughs may be possible for an added travel fee, quoted case by case - contact David directly.
How do I book a shoot?
Standard shoots book online at book.finlayfilmsre.com - pick your services, property address, and date, and you're set. For custom jobs, unusual properties, team or bulk pricing, or "are you free next week" questions, use the contact form and David will reply, usually the same day.
