The Agent Listing Video puts you on camera throughout the tour, shot on location at the property itself rather than in a studio. It is the middle ground between a listing-only video and the full cinematic production: agent-forward, on brand, without the extra lighting rig.
We write a short script around the listing so you know what you are saying and where, then shoot it on location the same day. Delivered as one cut, horizontal (16:9) or vertical (9:16), ready to post. Want both? An extra export is $150.
