What is a listing video?
A listing video is a short marketing film of a home for sale, used on the MLS, social media, and an agent's own channels. It usually runs 30 seconds to 3 minutes and mixes interior walkthrough shots, exterior and drone views, and neighborhood context. The job of the video is to make the right buyers want to see the home in person.

In NYC, a real estate listing video runs from about $150 for an animated photo reel to $1,000 for a cinematic video with the agent on camera. Most standard sale listings land between $300 and $700. Price is driven by whether the agent is on camera, the length and number of shots, whether drone is included, and the size of the home.
