What it is
This is not a filmed video. It is an animated camera path through your 3D floor plan, moving room to room the way a buyer would actually walk the layout, without another shoot day or a camera crew back on site.
Because it comes from the floor plan model rather than footage, it needs a 3D floor plan booked for the listing first. Once that is modeled, the walkthrough video is just an add-on.
It has no audio by default, so it works as a silent MLS clip, a looping listing-site video, or a base you can drop a voiceover onto.
It is delivered horizontal (16:9). Need a vertical (9:16) cut too, for Reels or Stories? That is a $150 extra export, the same as any Finlay Films video.
