Most of my work is New York real estate media, but a good chunk of it is not. I have shot listings and rental homes across the United States and nine countries abroad. If you host on Airbnb or Vrbo, or run a direct-booking site, and you want your listing to look like it was shot by a real estate photographer instead of a phone, that is what this is.
The media menu is the same as a New York shoot: HDR interior and exterior photography, walkthrough video, vertical clips for social, drone, and floor plans. Same editing and color standard on every file.

How it works

Tell me where and when
Send your listing address and your dates. If I already have a trip planned near you, there is no travel fee. If not, I will quote travel case by case.

Pick your media
Photos, walkthrough video, vertical social clips, drone, floor plans. Same menu and standard as a New York shoot.

Shoot day
I handle lighting, styling notes, and angles that make a rental read well online. You do not need to be there.

Where does Finlay Films travel for shoots?
David has shot listings in 10 countries. The core service area is Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan, and travel work is booked around trips he is already taking, so timing depends on where he is headed.
Is there a travel fee for out-of-town shoots?
When a trip is already planned for your city there is no travel fee. Outside that, travel and time are quoted case by case.
What can you shoot for a short-term rental listing?
The same as any listing: photography, video, drone and floor plans, built to real estate marketing standards rather than typical host snapshots. It works for Airbnb and Vrbo listings.
