HDR photos
Every photo is edited by hand by a professional retoucher, not an AI filter or auto-enhance. The one exception is virtual staging and virtual edits. That is a service you specifically ask for, it is always disclosed as virtually staged, and a real editor still finishes every image.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you shoot interiors with sunlight coming through the windows?
Yes, if you plan for it. Tell us when you book and we'll flag the slot as weather-dependent. You watch the forecast and decide whether to run with the date or push it. Moving it is free with more than 24 hours' notice, same as any reschedule.
How ready does the property need to be when you arrive?
The home should be photo-ready when we arrive: tidy, staged the way you want it to look, lights working, and blinds and curtains set. We'll make small styling tweaks on the day, but we're not a moving or cleaning service. Clearing rooms or shifting large furniture eats into the time booked for shooting. If the property isn't ready and prep runs long, we shoot what we can in the time we have, or reschedule with the $75 fee.
How many listing photos do I need?
Most listings use 15 to 30. Pricing is 6 photos for $195, 10 for $250, 15 for $350, 30 for $500, and 50 for $750.
What is virtual staging and how much is it?
We digitally furnish empty rooms so buyers can picture the space. It is $60 per image, $299 for 6, or $499 for 12, and every staged image is labeled as virtually staged.
Can I add a video to a photo shoot?
Yes. A one-take Listing Walkthrough is $250 added to any photo package, or a Photo Reel built from your photos is $99 as an add-on.
