What it is

Aerial coverage of a construction site: the building rising, the block around it, the progress from one stage to the next. Useful for developers, general contractors and construction companies who need to document a build, report progress to investors, or market a project before it is finished.

It works as a one-off shoot, or as a standing appointment shot every month or every quarter so there is a consistent visual record of the build from groundbreaking to completion.

We fly with an FAA-certified Part 107 remote pilot and file for airspace authorization wherever it is required, so the site does not need to sort out its own drone compliance.

What you get

How it works

  1. 1

    Site call

We talk through the site, what stage the build is at, any access or safety requirements, and what you want the footage for.

  2. 2

    Shoot day

FAA-certified drone coverage, plus ground-level photo or video if useful. In and out with minimal disruption to the site.

  3. 3

    Delivery

Edited stills and video, ready to share with your team, investors, or the marketing side of the project.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you licensed to fly a drone over a construction site?

Yes. We fly with an FAA-certified Part 107 remote pilot and file for airspace authorization wherever it is required.

Can you document a build over time, not just once?

Yes. A lot of developers and contractors book it as a standing appointment, once a month or once a quarter, for a consistent record from groundbreaking to completion.

Do you shoot ground-level photo or video too, not just drone?

Yes, ground-level coverage can be added alongside the drone work if the site calls for it.

How is construction and drone media priced?

Custom, based on site visits, whether it is one-off or recurring, and how much ground-level coverage you want. Drone photos alone start at $299. Tell us about the site and we will send a quote.
