The Listing Walkthrough is one take, start to finish, moving through the whole home without a cut. We speed it up and cut it vertical, so it feels quick and complete, the kind of video buyers actually watch all the way through.
It is designed to bolt onto a photo appointment. Since it is one continuous take with no script and no one on camera, it adds only a few minutes to the visit and very little to the price.
