Photos, drone photos, community photos, virtual twilights, true twilights, dedicated listing websites, and marketing kits are all delivered within 24 hours.

Every photo is edited by hand by a professional retoucher, not an AI filter or auto-enhance. The one exception is virtual staging and virtual edits. That is a service you specifically ask for, it is always disclosed as virtually staged, and a real editor still finishes every image.

Finlay Films' core service area is Brooklyn, Queens & Manhattan. Jersey City and other nearby areas outside the core boroughs may be possible for an added travel fee, quoted case by case - contact David directly.

Your shoot date doesn't move for weather on a photo booking. Interior photos happen on the date, and exterior and drone photos get captured on the next clear day at no extra charge, so there's nothing to reschedule. Video is different: if it includes exterior or garden footage, those shots need property access we can't repeat on a second trip, so the shoot is weather-dependent. You decide whether to go ahead or move it, and a reschedule is free with more than 24 hours' notice.

The home should be photo-ready when we arrive: tidy, staged the way you want it to look, lights working, and blinds and curtains set. We'll make small styling tweaks on the day, but we're not a moving or cleaning service. Clearing rooms or shifting large furniture eats into the time booked for shooting. If the property isn't ready and prep runs long, we shoot what we can in the time we have, or reschedule with the $75 fee.

Reschedules and cancellations are free with more than 24 hours' notice before the shoot. Inside 24 hours, or a no-show on the day, there's a $75 late cancellation fee.
